This book is a companion to a previous children’s book, Secrets of Health, which focuses on the physical aspects of forming healthy living habits, with poetry and artwork to engage the reader/listener. Yet as a parent, grandparent, and medical provider, it became apparent that, in our present society, mental and emotional health is of equal or greater importance.
This book also seeks to open the mind to the spiritual dimension that undergirds and oversees our lives. It shows connections to biblical wisdom that has transformed the course of history to create the modern world, and gives us insight to making the most of this life.
